Feel like you’re fending for yourself?

When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, I was the only person I knew who had it. So I was shocked to discover that it affects the lives of so many women – 1 in 10 of reproductive age, that’s 175 million women worldwide!

So why don’t we hear more about it?

I suspect because endometriosis is associated with your period – like it’s a “bad period”.

Aka don’t talk about it (weird, much) and just get on with it.

Endometriosis is not a “bad period” and it shouldn’t be treated as such.

So we’re here to give it the attention it deserves because self-care is a top priority.

Our Facebook group has connected hundreds of women with endometriosis and other related chronic inflammatory conditions like adenomyosis.

You’re not alone and you don’t have to handle this by yourself.

We hold challenges to help you try new recipes, develop self-care rituals and set up your health-food home.
